Friday January 22nd, 2010 ALL STAR DAY 2010! RATIOPHARM ULM REPRESENTED BY BENZING AND GUNTHER! Beko BBL All Star Day will take place Saturday January 23rd, 2010 at Telekom Dome in Bonn and ratiopharm Ulm will be proudly represented by young German talents Robin Benzing and Per Gunther who will be in the starting lineup for the South team. ratiopharm Ulm young German talents Per Gunther and Robin Benzing will be in the starting lineup for the South team at Saturday nights Beko BBL All Star Game in Bonn. The Bundesliga All Star day will make its debut at the Telekom Dome in Bonn after relocating from Mannheim over the last two seasons. Already sold out, the event is expected to showcase Bundesliga basketball and celebrate the game in Germany. A full day of exciting basketball action, Bundesliga All Star Day 2010 features the NBBL All Star game, a three point shootout and slam dunk contest along with the marquee featured All Star game tipping off at 8:30pm. The All Star day schedule goes as follows: 330pm Doors open at Telekom Dome in Bonn 4pm Autograph signing with Bundesliga All Stars 5pm NBBL All Star Game 640pm Final Round of Three Point Shootout 7pm Final Round of Slam Dunk Contest 830pm Beko BBL All Star Game Saturday's All Star game marks the first time two ratiopharm Ulm teammates will be in the starting lineup as fans voted both Benzing and Gunther as starters through the Bundesliga voting. In 2007-2008 ratiopharm Ulm teammates Jeff Gibbs and Konrad Wysocki both played for the South team with Wysocki starting and Gibbs coming off the bench. Certainly, basketball fans in Germany are excited about the talented duo of Benzing and Gunther who will represent ratiopharm Ulm.

ratiopharm Ulm rookie forward Robin Benzing After returning from a fantastic teambuilding trip to China on Monday, ratiopharm Ulm used the midweek for practice time before giving the team a three day weekend for the All Star break. Returning to practice on Monday January 25th, ratiopharm Ulm looks forward to their next game hosting Phoenix Hagen Saturday night January 30th at Sportszentrum Kuhberg in Ulm.
